Daily Living & Personal Activities

To assist or manage personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant and family to live as autonomously as possible.

These supports are provided on an individual basis and can be provided in a range of environments as well as to the participants or family residence.

Wild Duck Care provides a “live carer model” of support. This implies that a person lives in the house or travels with the participant and delivers assistance with and/or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.

This support may also consist of overnight on-call assistance:

Assistance with mobility and exercise
Accompanying to recreational and social outings
Assistance with showering, dressing and grooming
