Travel & Transport
​The provision of transport to enable client participation in community, social, economic and daily life activities. This includes, but is not limited to, taxis and specialist transport arrangements. It is provided when the client is unable to access alternative forms of transport as a result of their disability.

Getting out and engaging with friends and the community is just as important as enjoying your home environment. We’ll help to ensure you’re able to lead a life that’s active and meaningful.

Community access
Helping you get out into your community and into local town or city by going with you from A to B on public transport or vehicle
Social activities
Helping you try new things or continue existing activities whilst making friends – from hobbies, recreation, leisure, sports and arts to community programs like gardening or volunteering
Appointments
Getting you to and from your medical, social, school and employment appointments
